Outline
The origin of the name Ichirizuka (milestone) is due to both sides of the road having remained unchanged and the area has become designated prefectural historical landmark. Local produce sold includes Microbrewed sake, handmade miso, soy sauce, and maple leaf shaped buns.

Kyowa Rest Area is know as a treasure from a long lost age and is located at the foot of the Yonegamori Forest. The rest area supports local companies by directly selling local produce and using local produce in their meals. You can also try your hand at pottery at the relic and local arts stand.
