大曲の夜空を焦がす感動の大舞台　The Breathtaking Drawcard Setting Omagari Night Skies Ablaze

　大会の呼び物の一つ、大会提供。

　競技花火とは一線を画し、毎回テーマやイメージに合わせた音楽や花火で表現される。

　打ち上げ会場いっぱいの幅最大900mのワイドスターマイン。約2,500発の花火が打ち上げられる約6分間のドラマは見る者を圧倒する。

 

One of the main attractions of the display is the Competition Sponsor.

 

Designed to express a specific theme through music and hanabi, the programme is distinctly separate from the competition entries.

 

The wide starmine of around 2,500 shells fired over the entire width of the site spanning 900 metres unfolds over a 6-minute drama leaving audiences awestruck.

 

“花火大会はショーである”　Competition Sponsor Show

　大会提供は、昭和42年の第41回大会に打ち上げられたムード花火“詩と音楽と花火と”「ふるさとの四季」が始まりとされる。

　雄物川の中州に特別舞台を設置しての民謡との共演や水中ポンプによる大噴水、レーザー光線、サーチライトなど、いろいろな手法を駆使しながら、最先端の花火演出に挑戦し続けている。

 

History of the Competition Sponsor traces back to the ‘Furusato Four Seasons – Poetry, Music & Hanabi’ display during the 41^st competition of 1967.

 

Alongside water canons, lasers and searchlights, a special stage was constructed on the Omono River with collaborative folk song performances. Utilising an impressive variation of techniques, the show is constantly at the forefront of innovative hanabi display.
